Steven F. Owens
Chief Information Officer
 In July of 2008, Mr. Owens joined the RadPharm Senior Management Team as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Mr. Owens provides leadership to IT and development projects that enhance technical capabilities and strengthen business processes critical to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Mr. Owens brings over 22 years of software development, image processing, and management experience to RadPharm. He began his career at Bell Labs researching image processing algorithms for telecommunications. He then joined Siemens Medical Systems as a Research Scientist in the Magnetic Resonance division where he made contributions to MR application development, measurement control, and image reconstruction software. Mr. Owens has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in software development and management in engineering teams enhancing functionality to numerous product lines including MR, the image processing library within a cross-modality platform, CT, Oncology, Ultrasound, PET, and patient monitors.
In his most recent position as Senior Director of R&D at the Center for Imaging and Innovation, he provided leadership to product development teams and internal consulting operations that explored product concepts and strengthened the overall patent portfolio. Mr. Owens holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering. |
