Project Management
At RadPharm, project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to
execute flawlessly on our sponsor’s projects; on time and on budget! Our project
management process includes developing a comprehensive project plan defining
mutually agreed upon goals and objectives, specifying tasks, devising a resource plan
and educating the internal team on the budget parameters and timelines for completion. The tenured project management teams at RadPharm follow a well defined model
including feasibility, project planning, implementation, evaluation and maintenance.
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing
and
managing resources to bring the successful completion

Our tenured Project Managers follow a disciplined process to manage the four basic
elements of a project: resources, time,
money,
and most importantly, scope. All of these
elements are interrelated and must be managed together if the project is to be a success.
Program Management
Develop a
comprehensive
project plan |
Define mutually
agreed upon
goals and
objectives |
At RadPharm, program management is the planning, organizing, directing and allocation of company resources to meet the well
defined objectives
and expectations of our sponsor partners.
Within a program of work or related series of clinical projects / protocols,
many of the same responsibilities will be assigned to team members at three levels in the overall project team hierarchy:
- Senior Project Manager
- Project Manager(s)
- Project Coordinator(s)
The program team is lead by a tenured Senior PM whose primary responsibility will be to ensure
consistency and efficiencies across
multiple projects. The individual projects
would be managed by one
or more project managers who report directly to the Sr. PM.
Dedicated Project Teams
Set timeline
Identify budget
parameters |
Determine overall
scope of tasks
and time needed
to complete each |
This approach allows RadPharm to provide dedicated resources while at
the same time maximizing
our use of resources in an
efficient manner. As you entrust RadPharm to manage the imaging
component of your program, sponsor oversight would be
tailored to your needs and designed to
create an environment that fosters sustainable momentum for the program by removing
barriers,
answering questions and periodically reviewing program
progress to include interim results,
ensuring overall alignment
with the strategic objectives and timelines of the individual protocols.
Governance
Program governance creates both the structure and practices to guide the program and provide
senior-level leadership, oversight
and control. Strategically, it encompasses the relationship
between the oversight effort and the overall
deliverables. Programs require
a robust governing
structure as
they will manifest many key benefits to our sponsor partners to include
accelerated
timelines,
application of lessons learned across multiple protocols, afford the assignment of
dedicated
teams, drive inherent cost containment
and internalize project efficiencies leading to
a significant
bottom-line savings impact.
Project and Communication Plan
At the onset of the program award to RadPharm, the respective teams will collaborate to
create both the project and communication
plan. This collaboration is designed to integrate
representation of significant planned activities on individual projects and provides
managers
with a window into the cumulative work effort of the program team. Managers use it to verify that
the program is moving
in the right direction to meet the respective project goals, identify where
unplanned changes may be occurring and assess their
potential impact, and to model and/or test the
impact of possible adjustments and corrections.
